Overview

Project Guardian is an internal Chrome extension operated exclusively by Green Attic for the purpose of monitoring employee browser activity on authorized company systems to enforce Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance.

This extension is not available to the general public. It is deployed only to authorized Green Attic staff devices through the Google Workspace Admin Console.

Data We Collect

How We Use This Data

Data Sharing

We do not sell, transfer, or share collected data with any third parties. All data is retained within Green Attic's internal infrastructure and is accessible only to authorized Green Attic personnel.

Data is stored on Green Attic-controlled servers and is never transmitted to external advertising, analytics, or data broker services.

Data Retention

Collected compliance data is retained for internal audit and operational purposes in accordance with Green Attic's internal data retention policies. Employees may contact the system administrator to inquire about data stored under their account.

Employee Notice

Green Attic employees are informed of this monitoring as part of their onboarding and acceptable use policy acknowledgment. Use of company-issued devices or access to company systems constitutes acknowledgment of this monitoring.

Security

All data collected by Guardian is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secured infrastructure. Access to compliance data is restricted to authorized administrators.
